Hi, my name is Adam Rodriguez. My passion for coaching started back in 2005 where I coached both softball and baseball. I served as the hitting coach with the Walnut Creek Bulldawgs from 2011-2016. Currently serving as the 10U and 16U hitting coach for the Pleasant Hill Panthers travel teams.

I have had the privilege to work hitting one on one with both softball and baseball players for the last 10 years. I have recently worked with both youth and HS players around the East Bay Area.

My goal is to continue to work with and mentor athletes, while assisting them to reach their goals both on and off the field.

Hey I’m Delano, nice to meet you. I’ve been playing baseball since I was eight years old and played all the way up through high school until I ended up with a season ending injury with long term effects. From that point forward throwing long distance was out of the picture and it took me out indefinitely. So, I decided to find a way to stay in the game I love and started assistant coaching which lead to some one on one coaching and now here we are.

My approach to training is very direct and goal driven. Positive reinforcement is key and success is the objective. I was an outfielder with a big arm and always was a leadoff hitter, so base running, hitting, and fielding are my specialties. My focus will always be to make sure success is the first option by honing fundamental skills to prepare players for any and every challenge coming their direction.
