Hey there!
I’m Lyndsey, and I’m beyond excited to share my passion for softball with young athletes looking to take their game to the next level. I’m from Tracy, CA, and softball has been a huge part of my life for as long as I can remember. I played all four years as the starting catcher at Holy Names University, where I earned First Team All-PacWest honors for catching, was honored as PacWest Player of the Week multiple times, and finished with the highest slugging percentage in the conference (.629). Along with being recognized for my athletic performance, I was honored with the HNU Female Scholar Athlete of the Year award and graduated Summa Cum Laude, reflecting my commitment both on and off the field.
What truly excites me about coaching is the opportunity to help athletes grow in every aspect of their game—and in their lives. I believe that building confidence and understanding each athlete’s unique strengths is crucial to their success. It’s not just about refining their technical skills, but about helping them become leaders on and off the field. As a coach, I focus on getting to know each athlete personally, understanding what works for them, and adapting my approach to match their learning style. Every athlete is different, and that’s why I structure my lessons to meet their individual needs, creating a space where they feel understood and empowered to improve.
I break down all aspects of catching—from receiving and throwing to blocking—and help athletes develop a smarter, stronger mindset for the game. It’s incredibly rewarding to see them evolve, not only as athletes but as individuals who grow in confidence and leadership. My goal is to guide each athlete through their journey, helping them develop not only the skills to succeed on the field but the mindset to tackle challenges in all areas of their lives.
I’m looking forward to working with you, connecting on a personal level, and supporting you as you reach your full potential. Let’s make this journey a great one!
